2. Description of Service

CorporateInformation.com provides financial research, company profiles, industry averages, Wright Quality ratings, and related analytical tools for publicly traded companies worldwide. The data and reports available through the Service are sourced from Wright Investors' Service and affiliated third-party providers.

The Service is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. Past performance data presented in reports does not guarantee future results.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Access to the full research workspace requires a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free accounts provide limited access. Subscriber accounts with an active Unlimited plan receive full access to all company reports, financial statements, quality ratings, and comparative analysis tools. One-time report purchases provide access to a specific report for the period stated at the time of purchase.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All charges are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in a separate refund policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which you will retain access until that period expires. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

One-time report purchases are charged at the price displayed at checkout and do not automatically renew.

5. Intellectual Property

All financial data, report content, Wright Quality ratings, analytical tools, and platform software are the property of CorporateInformation.com, Wright Investors' Service, or their respective licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content obtained through the Service without prior written permission.

Personal, non-commercial use of downloaded reports is permitted for subscribers during their active subscription period. Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or use of the data in competing products is expressly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability
